The Timeshare week for sale is the first week of the Victorian September school holidays known as SSH1, Week No 38.
This is not a limited term Timeshare purchase, the week exists until such time as the owner chooses to sell it.
This Timeshare week can be used at the Sunraysia Resort, or on a Houseboat owned by the Resort on the Murray River at Mildura or at any other time of the year at a Timeshare Resort in Australia or overseas through a timeshare exchange company.
The Resort’s current Annual Maintenance Fee of $545 has already been paid for this sale week for the current financial year.
Essentially you can have a week’s holiday at a luxury timeshare resort for just the cost of the annual maintenance fee per year, plus a small booking fee paid to a Timeshare exchange company if you choose to use another resort at any time of the year.
If you choose not to use your week in any year and want to save it for the next year to take a two week vacation, you can ‘bank’ your week with a Timeshare exchange company.
This sale will be sold through the Sunraysia Resort as an independent party between the Seller and the Purchaser.

Also available for sale are three additional ‘banked’ holiday weeks already banked with ‘Dial An Exchange’(DAE) to be taken at any Timeshare resort within the DAE exchange network throughout Australia and elsewhere, at any time of the year.
These three weeks are for sale as an addition to the purchase of the $3000 Timeshare week.
Total 3 week package cost is an additional $1,500.
